Jeannette Dominguez began her journey with Social Model Recovery Systems (SMRS) in 2023 as a Primary Aide at Bimini. From the start, she has been helping others and has a strong commitment to supporting residents as they work toward healing and recovery.

Over time, Jeannette continued to grow in her work and took on new responsibilities through Case Management. Now, as she steps into her new role as Program Coordinator, she brings with her compassion, lived experience, and a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the residents and staff at Bimini.
For Jeannette, this work is more than a job. Her own journey in recovery has shaped who she is today and inspired her to help others find hope, healing, and a new way forward. Through her personal experiences and her years of working in treatment, she believes this is the path God has called her to.
“It is truly a blessing to serve others and walk alongside individuals as they work toward lasting recovery,” Jeannette shared.
One of the most meaningful parts of her work is knowing that residents feel cared for and valued. She understands that recovery is a journey and that change takes time. Her own experiences have helped her lead with patience, compassion, and understanding.
As she steps into her new role as Program Coordinator, Jeannette hopes residents and staff feel supported, respected, and heard.
Jeannette is passionate about helping others and believes every person has the ability to make positive changes in their life. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is supporting residents as they build confidence, face challenges, and begin to see their own strength and potential.
In her new role as Program Coordinator, Jeannette hopes to continue learning, growing, and becoming the best professional she can be. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the residents and staff at Bimini in a greater way.
