PCADD Outpatient Program
Pasadena Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (PCADD), a program of Social Model Recovery Systems, Inc., and an affiliate of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, provides comprehensive services for adolescents and adults seeking recovery from substance use disorders.
Since 1949, PCADD has offered hope, guidance, and support to individuals, families, and communities throughout the San Gabriel Valley and beyond. Our programs provide the knowledge, structure, and community resources needed to achieve abstinence, improve mental health stability, and build a sustainable path toward long-term recovery. Families are actively involved, recognizing their essential role in supporting healing and lasting recovery.
The Aftercare Program continues support for up to one year after program completion, helping participants maintain stability and build on their progress.
For adolescents, PCADD offers early intervention programs that address substance use and related challenges before they escalate. Our youth-friendly, safe, and supportive environment allows teens to access guidance, education, and peer support while developing healthy coping skills. By combining structure with compassion, we help adolescents build resilience, improve mental health, and lay the foundation for lasting recovery.
