With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Raymond’s career choice has been fueled by a passion for helping and engaging with people. He aims to work in an environment that brings joy through tasks and fosters optimistic interactions. Raymond sees the CARE Center as a critical lifeline for community members wanting to improve their lives by offering crucial guidance. Beyond his professional endeavors, Raymond takes pride in being a father to three adult children and four grandchildren. Raymond’s devotion is mirrored in his personal life and in his unwavering loyalty as a diehard Dodgers fan. She considers SMRS to be a vital agency as California faces significant challenges with substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness.
