We’re so excited to share that Anna Rodriguez is stepping into the role of Program Manager at River Community!

Anna’s journey is rooted in strength and compassion. She’s faced her challenges and turned them into a powerful way to support others on their path to recovery. For nine years, starting as a peer support volunteer and later guiding groups, she has been a steady presence at River Community. She knows exactly what our residents need: kindness, respect, and someone who truly understands what they’re going through.
Anna loves the mountains that surround our campus and often reminds us how healing fresh air and green trees can be. So she’s already planning more team hikes, nature walks, and fun outdoor gatherings to help us all recharge and grow together.
Stepping into this leadership role is a great opportunity for Anna to continue learning and growing, both personally and professionally, while helping her team do the same.
As Program Manager, Anna’s top priorities are:
- Helping our team build new skills, with hands-on coaching and peer-led workshops
- Creating more chances to connect, from quarterly retreats to quick “coffee-and-chat” breaks on the patio
- Cheering everyone on, making sure each staff member feels supported and celebrated for their hard work
Anna also holds an Associate’s Degree in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Mt. SAC, and she’s not stopping there. She’s committed to continuing her education so River Community stays on the cutting edge of care.
Please join us in congratulating Anna! We can’t wait to see how her warmth, passion for the outdoors, and genuine care will inspire our whole team and every person who walks through our doors.
