Empowering Teams and Enhancing Care for a Stronger Community 

 We are excited to announce that Maria Sida, formerly a CARE Center Representative, has been promoted to Customer CARE Center Coordinator. Maria’s experience, dedication, and commitment to improving care and efficiency will bring a new level of compassion and effectiveness to our services. 

Maria’s priority as the new CARE Coordinator is to establish strong relationships with the staff. She emphasizes the importance of open communication and collaboration, which she believes are the bedrock of a successful team. “My immediate goals as the new CARE Coordinator are to build strong relationships with the staff to foster open communication and collaboration,” Maria shares. With the guidance of CARE Center Director Desiree Beltran, this strategy will ensure that every team member feels heard, valued, and empowered to contribute to the CARE Center Department‘s success. 

Looking ahead, Maria is focused on ambitious long-term goals that will elevate the CARE Center’s impact on the community. She plans to concentrate on enhancing patient outcomes, fostering team development, and improving operational efficiency. “I want to focus on patient outcomes, team development, and operational efficiency,” Maria explains. Maria’s focus on these areas is aimed at creating a more effective and compassionate environment for patients and staff. 

 Maria believes trust is key to a strong team. She plans to create an environment where open communication is the norm, allowing the team to share updates, voice concerns, and suggest improvements freely. I believe trust is the foundation of a strong team. I want to encourage feedback Maria says. She is committed to encouraging constructive feedback to drive positive change and create a supportive workplace. She aims to ensure that every team member feels valued, supported, and motivated to work toward common goals. 

In her new role, Maria also extends a heartfelt message of hope and support to the individuals and families we serve. “Recovery is a journey, and taking the first step towards seeking help is a powerful step,” she reminds us. Maria understands the challenges faced by those on the path to recovery and wants to assure them that healing is possible. She emphasizes the importance of family support, stating, “Families should know that their love and support can make all the difference in the world. They should know they’re not alone in this battle. Together, there is a brighter future ahead.”
