At Social Model Recovery Systems (SMRS), we view self-care as something we do together, not just on our own. Taking a break to recharge and connect helps us stay strong for the work we do every day.<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This month, our treatment teams stepped out of the office and into an adventure at Escape Room LA<\/strong> for a team-building experience like no other. The challenge? Solve puzzles, crack codes, and escape the room together before time ran out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much like the work we do every day, success came down to collaboration, communication, and trust. Each person brought unique strengths to the table, whether it was spotting small details, thinking outside the box, or keeping the group focused under pressure. By leaning on each other\u2019s problem-solving skills, we worked as one team and celebrated every breakthrough along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event reminded us that the same teamwork that helps us navigate tricky locks and hidden clues also fuels our mission of supporting individuals on their recovery journey. When we listen, support, and lift one another up, there\u2019s no challenge too great to overcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
