It gave me purpose.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Nadine\u2019s time with <em>SMR<\/em>S has taken her to several programs, each leaving its mark on her. She spent time at <strong>Omni Center<\/strong>, where she worked with men in recovery, but <em>Stepping Stones<\/em> has always held a special place in her heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><em>\u201cI love both places,\u201d<\/em> Nadine shares. <em>\u201cStepping Stones was in my heart, but I also enjoyed working at Omni with the men. Both places are magical.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">As she begins this new chapter, Nadine\u2019s focus is simple: <em>\u201cMy top priority is to support our amazing team and serve our population.\u201d<\/em> She plans to do this by staying connected, checking in, listening, and being present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">She\u2019s also excited to bring in new ideas, like making sure <strong>cultural awareness is part of daily life<\/strong>, whether through activities or even meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">When challenges come, Nadine finds motivation in the victories she\u2019s witnessed. <em>\u201cI focus on the positive outcomes that I have seen,\u201d<\/em> she says. <em>\u201cWatching people grow and rebuild their lives, that\u2019s what keeps me going.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong><em>Nadine\u2019s heart, dedication, and lived experience continue to inspire everyone around her.
