March is Social Work Month<\/strong>, a time to recognize and celebrate the dedication, compassion, and expertise of social workers who make a difference in the lives of individuals and families. <\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Social Model Recovery Systems (SMRS)<\/strong>, we are grateful for the social workers in our agency who bring advocacy, support, and unwavering commitment to those on their path to recovery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social workers do so much more than provide services\u2014they are advocates, problem-solvers, and sources of strength<\/strong> for those navigating life\u2019s toughest challenges. They build trust, empower individuals, and work to ensure that everyone has access to the care and resources they need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At SMRS<\/strong>, social workers contribute to residential programs, outpatient services, and community-based housing<\/strong>. Whether they are providing case management, crisis intervention, or linking residents and participants to essential resources like housing and employment<\/strong>, they support individuals in building a healthier, more stable, and fulfilling lifestyle.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At our agency, we are fortunate to have a small but mighty group of social workers<\/strong> who contribute their knowledge and dedication every day. Their work includes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
