Under the expert guidance of Chef Alex, the team collaboratively prepared a delicious Thai meal, immersing themselves in a meaningful cultural experience that strengthened bonds and deepened their sense of community.<\/p>\n<p>This cooking event was more than just a culinary class\u2014it was a celebration of collaboration, trust, and shared experiences. As team members worked together to prepare each dish, they found common ground, built trust, and reinforced the importance of cooperation, qualities that are equally vital in the work they do daily with participants and residents. Beyond enhancing their culinary skills, the event provided a space for team members to connect on a personal level, highlighting the value of mutual support and collective accomplishment in both the
