Pasadena Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (PCADD) organized a “Pancake Breakfast Social” led by Daniel Lugo, our PCADD Program Director.<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of our pancake breakfast was to bring people together and simply foster a sense of community spirit. It was also a great opportunity for individuals to socialize in a casual and enjoyable setting and promote mental health awareness to our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our Pancake Breakfast Social, participants were served pancakes along with various toppings and accompaniments like syrup, butter, fruit, whipped cream, and sometimes bacon or sausage. It was a buffet-style setup where some volunteers from our San Gabriel Valley programs served the pancakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event provided an opportunity for people to mingle, chat, and get to know one another in a relaxed atmosphere. After the event,  attendees participated in some games and fun activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, our Pancake Breakfast Social was a success. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and had fun socializing and meeting new people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pancake Breakfasts are popular because they are family-friendly and inclusive, allowing people from the community to come together and connect over a delicious breakfast. It can be organized as a standalone event or as part of a larger gathering or celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
