Attendees also shared resources and best practices that helped improve the quality and effectiveness of their services. This was also an opportunity to network and build relationships with other providers which can lead to future collaborations and partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting went well, and we had a productive and engaging discussion that focused on finding ways to better serve the community and improve the lives of our residents\/participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individuals and representatives from organizations that provide services or support to the community; including nonprofit organizations, government agencies, healthcare providers, social service organizations, community-based organizations, faith-based groups, and other community stakeholders attended the event. A diverse group of providers came together and shared information and discussed how we can collaborate and coordinate efforts to better serve our community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
